Core Processes: High-Precision Precipitated Silica Dry De-Agglomeration & Classification
From dry de-agglomeration grinding, precision air classification, dust-free closed conveying to intelligent closed-loop quality control, our core process ensures precipitated silica achieves controlled agglomerate particle size, narrow distribution, preserved BET surface area and consistent reinforcing performance, perfectly matching tire rubber, silicone rubber, coatings and high-dispersion silica production requirements.
Dry De-Agglomeration Grinding
Air classifier mills (ACM), fluidized bed jet mills and disc jet mills deliver customized dry processing for precipitated silica. The process breaks hard agglomerates formed after spray drying while preserving primary aggregate structure, with D50 adjustable from 1μm to 20μm. Optional full ceramic lining cuts metal contamination to ppm level, ensuring stable BET surface area and reinforcing performance for high-dispersion and fumed silica grades.
Precision Air Classification
Independent vertical & horizontal air classifiers work with grinding equipment to form a closed-loop system. Sharp cut point strictly controls Dmax and removes oversized particles, ensuring batch-to-batch PSD consistency. Real-time particle size monitoring stabilizes finished powder quality, meeting strict inlet specifications for tire rubber, silicone rubber and high-end coating applications.
Dust-Free Closed Conveying
Fully sealed negative pressure conveying pipelines, lined with alumina ceramic or PU, eliminate secondary metal abrasion contamination. The closed system suppresses moisture absorption and prevents re-agglomeration during transfer, while containing silica dust emission. It fully complies with cleanliness standards for high-purity amorphous silica production lines.
Intelligent Closed-Loop Quality Control
Online particle size detection paired with an automatic regrinding loop returns oversized silica particles for reprocessing. All production parameters are fully traceable, realizing digital quality management for mass production of precipitated and fumed silica, and guaranteeing consistent finished powder performance batch after batch.
